About Me

Hi, I’m Guanchen Wu! I am currently a second-year Master’s student majoring in computer science at Emory University. I received my B.S. degree from the Department of Computer Science at the University of California, Irvine in March 2023.

My research interests span large language models (LLMs), AI4Health, and graph data mining. Recently, I’ve begun exploring LLM agents and multimodal models for healthcare.

• 05/2025: Our work on explaining Text-Attributed Graph learning models is accepted by ACL 2025 main conference!
• 05/2025: I have successfully completed my Master’s degree in Computer Science at Emory University.
• 04/2025: The complete paper on LLM-empowered Protected Health Information (PHI) annotation is available at preprint (accepted by MedInfo 2025).
• 03/2025: One paper on LLM-empowered Protected Health Information (PHI) annotation is accepted by MedInfo 2025.
